Why I Started Coaching
Through my journey of life, I've encountered numerous daunting setbacks, challenges, trauma's and adversities. These trails have significantly contributed to my strong character today as i over came these challenges successfully.They have instilled in me a profound sense of empathy, kindness, emotional intelligence, and servant leadership qualities that guide me towards leading a more fulfilling life.
A few years ago, amidst soul-searching, I stumbled upon my life's purpose. Through divine intervention, I discovered a calling to coach individuals, aiding them in navigating life's complexities and steering clear of potential pitfalls. Drawing from my own personal and professional experiences, I endeavour to empower others in their journey towards personal and professional fulfilment.

I am Chandan Somayya, hailing from state of Maharashtra, India.With a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, I bring to the table a rich experience spanning 24 years, predominantly within large Banking corporations
and IT firms. I am currently pursuing my ACC certification.
